ask for help.

Sometimes we might not know exactly what we’re doing. And we might just need to ask for help.

Maybe its your first baby, maybe its your 3rd. Regardless - its ok to ask for help, and that’s what I am here for.

Whether its to hold your baby to give you a break, or to allow you time for a hot relaxing bath for the first time in months, maybe its to drink coffee with you and to give you some adult conversation and to debrief your birth experience with another Mum, that’s what i’m here for.

Our emotions can run wild as our body goes through changes with pregnancy, labour and birth so having someone extra to check in with, to talk to and support you can be fundamental in helping you enjoy your new born bundle.
